Primary Hockey Festival
Each year in the summer term, Plymouth Schools Hockey Association put on a 2 day event where over 500 children participate in the Primary Schools Hockey Festival.
In June 2016, the 15th edition of the mixed 6-aside festival took place in glorious sunshine, allowing all those schools who had Hockey Dynamics coaching over the year to demostrate what they had learnt and show how they had developed.
The overall aim is to get as many children involved in playing hockey as possible to enable us to assist in getting them through the right channels for their future development by playing regular club hockey within the city. It always proves a hit with participants, parents and schools alike, so much so we have recently seen more interest from schools further out than just Plymouth. Make sure you get your annual entry in as soon as possible to make sure you grab an entry place.
